                                      New applications released for eKEY

                                      We are pleased to announce the release of two new applications:  eKEY for Microsoft® Windows Mobile™ 5.0 and eKEY Loans! These new applications were made available to real estate professionals on Monday, April 3.

                                      The addition of the Windows Mobile 5.0 operating system to the eKEY allows you to:

                                      • Stay connected with Microsoft Office Outlook mobile e-mail;

                                      • Sync your calendar and contacts with your desktop PC;

                                      • View and edit Word and Excel Mobile files or review presentations with PowerPoint Mobile;

                                      • Save listing and roster data to removable media; and

                                      • Run multiple applications and share data between them.

                                      We developed a financial loan program called eKEY Loans exclusively for eKEY customers. eKEY Loans has an amortization table and allows you to compute and save monthly payments, prices, interest rates, and loan terms. The eKEY Loans application is replacing Loan Pro by Infinity Softworks in both the Palm and Windows versions of the eKEY, but we’ll continue to support Loan Pro until July 5, 2006.
