New ShowingValue tutorial
Take advantage of the enhanced showing features provided by ShowingValue at the KIM website! An in-depth tutorial is now available at www.supraekey.com that will teach you everything you need to know about using ShowingValue. You’ll learn how to:
· Opt in for e-mail notifications that tell you when showings occur at your listings;
· Send e-mail announcements directly to agents who’ve shown your listings;
· View your showing activity using the ShowingValue Dashboard or by creating a detailed report; and
· View feedback sent by showing agents about your listings.
To access the ShowingValue tutorial, do the following:
1. Go to www.supraekey.com and click Log on to KIM.
2. Select the name or your association/MLS from the dropdown list.
3. Enter your key serial number and PIN code, then click Login.
4. Under Links in the left-hand column of your screen, click Training & Documentation.
5. Under the Services/Software section, click ShowingValue.
The tutorial takes a couple minutes to download, then starts automatically.
Do you want a new PIN code? Change it at the KIM website! Follow these steps:
1. Go to www.supraekey.com and click Log on to KIM.
2. Select the name of your association/MLS from the dropdown list.
3. Enter your key serial number and PIN code, then click Login.
4. Select Change PIN Code link in the left-hand column of your screen.
5. Enter your existing PIN number.
6. Enter and reenter new PIN code, then click Save.
Perform a manual eSYNC to program the new PIN code into your key.
Reminder: NEVER store your PIN code with your key! Doing so compromises the security of the Supra KeyBox system.
