The GE Security Customer Care Center in Boca Raton, Florida will be closed for the Christmas Holiday on Monday, December 26 and will reopen on Tuesday, December 27, from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. EST.

For those customers subscribing to level 2 or 3 services through a Protection Plan option, we will have resources available 24/7 per the plan contract.

For information on obtaining a Protection Plan, or upgrading your current plan to include 24/7 service, please contact your GE District Manager.
