Announcing a New eService Web Tool
GE Security is pleased to announce the immediate availability of a new eService tool for channel partners located at www.GESecurity.com. This exciting new tool provides customers with visibility to their installed base, all products registered to those customers, as well as all service requests placed by your organization. Best of all, registered users will have the ability to generate licenses for Secure Perfect version 4.0 or greater for all registered installations—online anytime, day or night. Partners can also access the Download section for the latest patches and files for Security Solutions products.
To access eService, channel partners should register for an EliteNet login. If you are a current user of EliteNet,update your profile to include access to GE Security eService to take advantage of this new tool. Please note that new registrations for Elitenet may take up to 72 hrs to process. Once GE Security receives your request, we will email you an activation code. In a continuing effort to create quality tools for our Partners, your feedback on the new eService tool is welcome. Your opinions and comments will be used to develop a list of enhancements for the next release of the tool. Questions, Comments or Feedback?
