Error Code 7A - Access Hour Restriction Error

KeyBoxes are programmed with access hour restrictions.

1. Check with your Association/Board/MLS, local Supra Office, or Support to see what the regular access hours are for the KeyBoxes in your area.
2. If you are trying to open a KeyBox before or after the access hours, you will receive Error Code 7A.
3. If you know you are within the regular access hours for the KeyBox check with the listing agent to see if the KeyBox has been programmed with custom hours and find out what they are.
4. If you are outside the regular access hours for the KeyBox and you have the KeyBox shackle code, you may change the access hours on the KeyBox.
