Error Code 02
Error code 2 indicates a problem with the key or keyholder status in the database.
Check your billing status
- If you're not registered for Agent WebPAY, go
register.
- Once you're registered for Agent WebPAY,
login
to Agent WebPAY. You'll see any status caused by your billing. If your account is inactive
due to a past due invoice, you can pay that invoice and it will reactivate your status immediately.
Check your keyholder status
- Go to
KIM Web
and follow the screens through to login.
- If it allows you to login, you don't have a problem with your key status. If you do have
a problem with your key status, it will tell you.
