Error Code 02

Error code 2 indicates a problem with the key or keyholder status in the database.

Check your billing status

  1. If you're not registered for Agent WebPAY, go register.
  2. Once you're registered for Agent WebPAY, login to Agent WebPAY. You'll see any status caused by your billing. If your account is inactive due to a past due invoice, you can pay that invoice and it will reactivate your status immediately.
Check your keyholder status
  1. Go to KIM Web and follow the screens through to login.
  2. If it allows you to login, you don't have a problem with your key status. If you do have a problem with your key status, it will tell you.
