Error code 03
Error code 03 indicates a communication problem between the cradle and the KIM Server.
- Especially if your cradle has functioned properly in the past, it's always a good idea to start
troubleshooting by
resetting the key and cradle
.
- Check the
eSYNC phone number
and make sure that it is a proper number for your area.
