Error Code 0C, 0D
Error code 0C and 0D may be caused by a circuitry issue with either the key or cradle, or just a minor
issue with key communicating with cradle.
- Reset the Cradle by unplugging the power cable from the back of the cradle for 10 seconds, then plug it back in.
If you have a cradle that plugs into a computer pull both cables from the back of the cradle, wait 10 seconds
then plug them back in.
- Reset Display by pressing
and
at the same time for two seconds, then release.
- Check the DisplayKEY battery. With the DisplayKEY out of the cradle press
then press
several times until you see
then press
Note:If your key won't come on, displays a 'Low Battery' message, or shows a very low percentage
of battery charge, go to
low battery
for instructions on re charging your DisplayKEY.
- Take a clean dry cloth and wipe the contacts on the top edge of you DisplayKEY, then wipe the black
lens on the front of the cradle and down where the contacts hang down on the cradle.
- If your key battery shows a good charge and seems to be working, attempt a
manual eSYNC
.
- If your cradle lights stay red, then flickers to green then back to red,
and keeps doing this for more than 20 minutes, or if you get an error code 0C or 0D again,
please call Support for further help.
