Error Code 21
This error generally occurs when the cradle is in an office and plugged into a phone system that runs on a higher voltage.
An office phone system can damage the cradle.
The best option is to plug the cradle's phone line into a jack on a dedicated FAX line or take the
cradle home if you have normal phone lines there.
