Error code 23

This occurs when your DisplayKEY is not making a good connection with an AEII KeyBox AEII KeyBox

  1. With the DisplayKEY out of the KeyBox, lift up on the bottom of the KeyBox and press down on the black Shackle at the top of the KeyBox. If the KeyBox is worn, this may help it to make better contact with your key.
  2. Polish the contacts in the KeyBox and on the end of your DisplayKEY with a clean dry cloth to remove dust and film.
  3. With your DisplayKEY out of the KeyBox, press Enter. When OBTAIN KEY appears on the screen press Enter again, enter your PIN code then press the Enter again.
  4. When you DisplayKEY starts searching press and hold the black shackle on top of the KeyBox down, place the DisplayKEY into the KeyBox and press gently up on the DisplayKEY. It may be necessary to repeat these steps several times.
  5. If these steps don't work contact the listing agent and let them know there may be a problem with the KeyBox. If this is your KeyBox you may have to remove it by other means. Contact your Association/Board/MLS or the local Supra office, about replacement.
