Bad Code Lockout - Error code 74
This error means that you have entered an incorrect code too many times. Your key will be locked out
for 10 minutes from the last attempt.
If you get this error while trying to obtain a key from a lockbox you may be entering your PIN code
incorrectly, or you may be using an incorrect PIN code.
If you get this error while trying to release the shackle at the top of the lockbox you may be
entering the shackle code incorrectly or you may be using an incorrect shackle code.
Remember! The PIN code is used to
Obtain Key
and to
Login to KIM Web
.
The shackle code is used for all other functions.
You will also get this error code if you use the shackle code in the OBTAIN KEY screen or a
PIN code in the RELEASE SHACKLE screen.
To verify your PIN code contact your Association/Board/MLS or the local Supra office.
