Failed to Parse - Error 80A1

  1. Sometimes another eSYNC will go through successfully.
    Perform a manual eSYNC to see if it will go through without the error.
  2. Soft reset the device by removing the battery for 2 seconds then putting it back in. This will not remove any files from your phone.
  3. Delete listing and roster files
