USB Cradle - Vista 64 installation instructions

  1. Before you start, make sure that you are running 64 bit Vista. If you have 32 bit vista, you need to go to the standard download page.

  2. Click this link to start the download


  3. It's best to select "save" from the box, and save the application to your desktop
    Save/Run


  4. The application is called dKeyUSBCradle-1.0.0.15.exe, and looks like this:
    64 Bit App
    Double click the application to start it.

  5. Click Next to start the installation.

  6. Make sure that USB cable is unplugged.

  7. Select "I accpt the terms of this agreement" and click Next.

  8. Click Next to accept the default location to install.

  9. Click Install to start the installation.

  10. Click Next to install the drivers.

  11. Click Next to start the driver installation.

  12. Click Install to verify that the publisher is trusted.

  13. Click Finish to complete the driver installation.

  14. Click Next to start the security layer installation.

  15. If you are prompted to overwrite files, click Yes to each prompt.

  16. Click Next to detect your internet connection.

  17. Click Next to start the cradle setup.

  18. Click OK to start the cradle finder.

  19. Plug in the cradle and click OK

  20. Click Finish to complete the installation
