Error Code 03
Windows Firewall and Internet Explorer may block the operation of the DisplayKEY USB Cradle. To correct this
problem you may add the cradle software to be allowed by both programs.
Add to Windows Firewall
- On your computer, click
- Click Control Panel; if you do not see Control Panel, look under "Settings."
- Click 'Switch to Classic View' or 'Classic View' on the upper left side of the Control Panel window if you see either of them.
- Double-click
near the bottom of the Control Panel screen.
If you don't have Windows Firewall in your Control Panel, Windows Firewall may not be installed. You can skip
the rest of the steps in this section.

- Check "DisplayKEY eSYNC Info".
- Click
then close the window.

- If this doesn't correct the problem your personal firewall software,
phishing filters, etc. may be blocking the cradle software's access to the server. If this is the
case you may need to add the following programs to a list of programs that are allowed access by your
personal firewall, phishing filter and other software. The following three files should be found
in the C:\Program Files\GE Security Supra\ folder:
- proxydaemon.exe
- syncservice.exe
- syncinfoapp.exe
- The last program that needs to be added should be found in the C:\SSL\ folder:
