Error Code 05

Reset the key and Cradle.

  1. With the DisplayKEY out of the cradle press Enter and 1 at the same time for two seconds then release. Leave the DisplayKEY out of the cradle for now.
  2. Unplug both the power cord and USB cable from the back of the cradle, wait 10 seconds then plug them back in
  3. Even though your cradle doesn't update over phone lines, some DisplayKEYs work better if they have a valid number in both eSYNC phone 1 and 2.
  4. Press Enter on your DisplayKEY and scroll down to ESYNC PHONE, then press Enter
  5. Press 1 and input 1.800.590.4857, then press Enter
  6. Repeat for phone 2.
  7. Perform a manual eSYNC
