Error Code 06

This error is usually corrected by a simple settings change.

  1. On your computer, in the lower right-hand corner, near the time, locate and double-click the GE Icon GE Logo
  2. Click Edit Settings
  3. If   Direct Connection  is selected, click   Use Internet Explorer settings 
  4. If   Use Internet Explorer settings  is selected click   Direct Connection 
  5. Click   OK  then close the DisplayKEY eSYNC window.
  6. Try a manual eSYNC again.

Windows Firewall and Internet Explorer may block the operation of the DisplayKEY USB Cradle.

  • To correct this problem you may add the cradle software to be allowed by both programs.

  • Email the webmaster with suggestions.
