Error Code 1A

This indicates that the cradle is not detecting a USB signal from the computer

  1. Disconnect the USB cable from the back of the cradle and plug it back in, to make sure it's securely plugged in.
  2. The other end of the USB cable should be plugged directly into the back of a desktop computer or into a USB port on a laptop computer. It might also help to plug the cradle into a different USB port on the back of the computer, if there is one available.
  3. Note: USB ports on the front of desktop computers, in USB hubs and laptop docking stations, often do not have a strong enough signal for the cradle to use.

  4. The computer must be turned on and ready to use - if the computer is off or just booting up the cradle will not receive a USB signal from the computer.
