Error Code 1A
This indicates that the cradle is not detecting a USB signal from the computer
- Disconnect the USB cable from the back of the cradle and plug it back in, to make sure it's securely plugged in.
- The other end of the USB cable should be plugged directly into the back of a
desktop computer or into a USB port on a laptop computer. It might also help to
plug the cradle into a different USB port on the back of the computer, if there
is one available.
Note: USB ports on the front of desktop computers, in USB hubs and laptop
docking stations, often do not have a strong enough signal for the cradle to use.
- The computer must be turned on and ready to use - if the computer is off or just
booting up the cradle will not receive a USB signal from the computer.
