We provide an Internet-based service, i-Support, for requesting assistance from our support personnel.
When you need support, you simply create a service ticket via your web-enabled browser. You may view the status of your service request by periodically reviewing the service ticket. Additionally, you may add relevant comments that might assist our personnel in resolving the issue. If you have any additional questions about this service, you may contact the Help Desk.
You must obtain a username and password to use i-Support. If you need to register, email your request.
Before you proceed, please review the following:
- If you are accessing the site from a LAN connection, you may need to contact your systems administrator to verify that you have the necessary access and configuration to connect.
- Download times are directly related to access speed. We recommend a minimum connection of 56K.
